My Cheeky Angel – Back Page Blurb

Naïve and love-starved, Annie will soon to be celebrating her big 3-0. Something needs to be done! Celi, her ‘down-to-earth’ guardian angel appears to help kick-start Annie’s big change—her looks, her job, her whole life. By taking a managerial position with a sophisticated shoe manufacturer, Annie becomes embroiled with her new associates and hooked on the power of big business. Unfortunately, her exhaustion from overwork forces her to ignore old friends. And her lapse places someone she cares about in terrible danger.

Tyler, a Social Worker and a woman-hater previously hurt in two relationships, only wants Annie in his life as a good buddy. Oh yeah! And to help with his mixed-up street kids. Perversely, once her life alters, he misses her like hell.  In one sweet night of loving everything changes. But, due to an overabundance of nightcaps, she doesn’t remember the night he can’t forget.

About Jo-Ann Carson Where magic happens … Reports of Jo-Ann Carson’s death on a Gulf Island are greatly exaggerated or, at the very least, premature. The eclectic crew of ghosts that haunt her head spill onto the page in two series: The Gambling Ghosts and The Ghost & Abby Mysteries. A Viking with existential issues, a broken hearted Highlander, a Casanova man-witch and a Pirate with a secret are just a few of the males her strong heroines encounter in tales of fantasy, adventure and romance. A firm believer in the magic of our everyday lives, Jo-Ann loves watching sunrises, walking beaches near her home in the Pacific Northwest and reading by the fire. 1. This was the first trailer I had made and the last….sigh! Just didn’t see that it had made too much of a splash since after 6 months I think it had 41 views and 30 of them were mine…!! The next trailer I did myself ….okay – we won’t go there :-(((

    1. Hi Mimi
I really like it. I wonder if book trailers just haven’t really caught on. People who buy books do like…well books. Me, I like the drama of the visual vignette and I love yours.

  2. Hi Mimi, it got my interest. It’s good looking and has nice music. Maybe sometimes it’s hard to reach the read if they aren’t used to looking for trailers. Best, Reggi
