News Flash -My first First

I’m sooooo excited. My  Black Cat Blues came first in the Southern Heat Writing Contest (East Texas RWA) in the Contemporary Series category. It’s a wonderful day. I’m skipping cleaning the toilets to plan a wee celebration.

Have you had one of those extraordinary moments lately?

        Have you packed yet?
It’s so beautiful outside (finally after a week of rain). I’m heading out and trying not to think about NY and cocktail parties.
        Like that’s possible.

    1. Hi Jacqui
Still flying in the sunshine. Enjoy that beer.
      And thanks for stopping by.
Jo-Ann ( who is about to eat a hot dog off the barby. It may not be healthy but it’s a summer ritual.)

    1. Thanks Jodie
I’m packing to go play with my grandkids, and for me that makes the best kind of summer.
      Best Wishes
